CoCa-Cola India learned about MaxMobility through none other than Google search and decided to get in touch.After learning the details of the situation, MaxMobility proposed a custom solution that would integrate all of the data sources into one dashboard making it easier and convenient for their Asset Manager to track their coolers,monitor coolers ,manage cooler inventory. After seeing the product demo Coca-Cola India mesmerized and decided to trust MaxMobility’s GoSales Asset Management System.

  • Tracking New Coolers:
    At a bustling retail store, Coca-Cola’s primary sales representative begins his visit with a quick scan of the cooler's barcode using a mobile device. This seamless process initiates a series of smart workflows powered by their advanced Asset Management and CRM system. The scan results reveal key insights: if the cooler is missing, an immediate alert is sent to the sales hierarchy, notifying the Sales Manager. If there’s a mismatch with the registered cooler, a request for approval to add a new cooler is automatically sent to the Admin. In cases where the cooler is found to be non-functional, the system flags the issue for swift resolution.
    Simultaneously, any complaints from outlets about cooler performance are logged via calls, where outlet code details help create a support ticket. These tickets are assigned by the internal Service Engineer to vendors based on optimized routes, ensuring efficient service. Once notified, the vendor visits the store, addresses the issue, and updates the system, completing the resolution cycle. This streamlined process not only enables Coca-Cola to maintain operational excellence but also ensures that their partners in retail always have a fully functioning cooler to meet consumer demand.
